The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking a Baseball Research Analyst Intern to join the Baseball Operations group at Rogers Centre for the 2026 season. The intern will support research projects across player evaluation, in-game strategy, and player development, with emphasis on statistical modeling and data engineering. Responsibilities include writing queries against large MLB and minor-league datasets, building and validating predictive models in Python or R, producing visualizations for front-office consumption, and presenting findings to the department. Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recent graduates of a bachelor's or master's program in a quantitative discipline with demonstrated project experience applying statistical methods to sports data. The role is a full-time 12-week summer position in Toronto with Canadian work authorization required; compensation is CAD $22 per hour.
