The Miami HEAT 2026 Summer Internship Program offers rising college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates a 10-week full-time experience at Kaseya Center spanning one of several business-side departments including Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Arena Operations, Marketing, Broadcast, Community Affairs, and Finance. Interns work 40 hours per week, complete a capstone group project that is presented to senior leadership, attend professional-development sessions, and have the opportunity to work Summer League events. Ideal candidates are enrolled in or recent graduates of an undergraduate program with a strong interest in sports business and demonstrated leadership experience. The program runs from June 1 through August 7, 2026, and is paid at $15 per hour. Miami-area residence is required; housing and relocation are not provided.
