Milwaukee Bucks 2026 Basketball Operations Intern

The Milwaukee Bucks are hiring a Basketball Operations Intern to work out of Fiserv Forum starting in summer 2026. This intern supports the front office across analytics, scouting, and player development functions with responsibilities that include video coding, pre-draft research, advance scouting reports for the coaching staff, and data management. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of the NBA player personnel landscape, comfort with Excel and ideally SQL or Python, and the ability to travel during predraft workouts and Summer League. The internship is a 12-month paid program running from May 2026 through May 2027 at an hourly rate of $19, with eligibility for overtime during busy periods. Previous basketball operations, college basketball, or scouting service experience is strongly preferred.
