Philadelphia 76ers 2026 Summer Internship Program

The Philadelphia 76ers are hiring for the 2026 Summer Internship Program, a 10-week full-time program that places interns across business departments including Ticket Sales & Services, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Community Engagement, Finance, People Operations, and Digital Media. Interns work on department-specific projects while participating in organization-wide professional development and executive speaker sessions at the Wells Fargo Center and the team's New Jersey training complex. Ideal candidates are rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates with an interest in the business of sports and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. The program runs from early June through mid-August 2026 at $16 per hour. Successful interns often move into entry-level roles with the organization at the conclusion of the program.
