NY/NJ Gotham FC 2026 Marketing & Fan Engagement Intern

NY/NJ Gotham FC is hiring a Marketing & Fan Engagement Intern for the 2026 NWSL season, based at the club's Harrison, NJ office and Red Bull Arena. The intern supports brand, content, and fan engagement programs that have made Gotham FC one of the fastest growing clubs in the NWSL. Daily work includes drafting social copy, supporting on-site content capture at matches and team events, coordinating supporter-group partnerships, and building weekly performance recaps for the marketing team. Candidates should be rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates in marketing, communications, or sports management with demonstrated content creation experience. The 20-week internship runs from April through August 2026 at $17 per hour. Some night and weekend work is required around matches.
