Data Science Intern, Summer 2026

ADP's Global Product and Technology team is seeking a Data Science Intern for Summer 2026 in Alpharetta, GA. The intern will work on machine learning models applied to payroll anomaly detection, workforce analytics, and compensation benchmarking using ADP's DataCloud, one of the largest HR datasets in the world. Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis on large-scale payroll records, building and evaluating supervised and unsupervised models in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch), and presenting findings to product leadership. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or Computer Science; coursework in machine learning and statistical modeling; SQL proficiency; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) preferred. Paid 11-week internship with housing stipend for relocating students.
