HR Business Partner Intern, Summer 2026

Paychex is recruiting an HR Business Partner Intern for Summer 2026 at our Rochester, NY headquarters. The intern will support HRBPs serving Paychex's sales, service, and technology organizations — gaining exposure to talent planning, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and DEI programs across a 16,000-person company. Projects include analyzing retention data, supporting manager enablement workshops, drafting communications for organizational changes, and helping administer performance cycles through Paychex's own HCM platform. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related; strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information. Paid 10-12 week internship with networking events and executive speaker series.
