Product Design Intern, Summer 2026

Paylocity's Product Design team is hiring a UX/UI Product Design Intern for Summer 2026. Partner with PMs, researchers, and engineers to design HR workflows used daily by HR practitioners and employees at 40,000+ clients. Projects span discovery research, wireframing, hi-fi prototyping in Figma, accessibility reviews, and usability testing. You'll contribute to Paylocity's design system and present work to cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: pursuing a degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related; portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes; proficiency in Figma; coursework or projects in user research; interest in enterprise SaaS. The 10-week paid program includes design critiques with senior designers and mentorship from a design lead.
