Client Relations Intern, Summer 2026

Paycom is hiring Client Relations Interns for Summer 2026 in Oklahoma City. The Client Relations team is the primary support channel for Paycom's 37,000+ clients, and interns learn the HCM product suite deeply while shadowing senior specialists. Responsibilities include triaging client inquiries around payroll, tax, benefits, and time modules; documenting resolutions in Paycom's internal knowledge base; and completing a capstone project on a process improvement. The 10-week paid program includes rotations across product verticals, training on payroll fundamentals, and networking with leadership. Qualifications: rising junior or senior; strong communication and problem-solving skills; interest in HR tech, account management, or client success; GPA 3.0+.
