Global Compliance Intern, Summer 2026

Deel is hiring a Global Compliance Intern for Summer 2026. Deel's Compliance team operates the world's largest distributed EOR and contractor network, and the intern will partner with attorneys and compliance analysts on research spanning employment law, tax, and regulatory requirements across dozens of countries. Projects include jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction research on worker classification, building internal knowledge bases, and supporting customer-facing compliance content. The role is ideal for a law student or policy-oriented graduate student curious about the future of work. Qualifications: 1L, 2L, or graduate student in law, international policy, or HR; comfortable with legal research; strong writing; multi-jurisdictional curiosity. Paid, remote, 10-12 weeks.
