Talent Solutions Intern, Summer 2026

Kelly Services is hiring Talent Solutions Interns for Summer 2026 in Troy, MI. Kelly is a leading specialty talent solutions firm placing hundreds of thousands of workers across science, engineering, education, office, and manufacturing. Interns shadow senior recruiters and account managers, learning sourcing, interview, and placement workflows while completing a project on sourcing analytics or client success. You'll work with Kelly's internal tech stack (ATS, CRM, Bullhorn integrations) and present a capstone to leadership. Qualifications: rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's in HR, Business, Communications, or related; strong communication; interest in recruiting and staffing. 10-week paid hybrid program with career coaching.
