DuPont Summer 2026 R&D Intern - Materials Science

DuPont is hiring a Summer 2026 R&D Materials Science Intern in Wilmington DE to support the Electronics & Industrial business. The intern will assist in developing advanced semiconductor packaging materials, conduct thermal and mechanical characterization, and interface with customers via technical documentation. Required: pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science. Experience with DSC, TGA, DMA, and basic polymer chemistry is preferred. 12-week paid program including mentorship, cohort events, and a final technical poster session. US work authorization required; DuPont sponsors qualified candidates for select R&D roles.
