Asana is hiring Software Engineering Interns for Summer 2026 to work alongside full-time engineers on production systems powering work management for millions of users. Interns will be embedded on teams ranging from Platform Infrastructure to Mobile to Goals, contributing real features shipped to customers during the 12-week program. Projects may include improving GraphQL API performance, building React/TypeScript UI for the new Asana AI Studio, or extending the Lunadb graph data store. Interns receive dedicated mentorship from a senior engineer, attend weekly technical talks, and present a final demo to the engineering org.
