Ameren is hiring Summer 2026 Engineering Interns in St. Louis, MO. Placements include Ameren Missouri (electric and gas) and Ameren Transmission. Interns contribute to grid reliability projects, Smart Energy Plan deployment, and support for the Callaway Nuclear Plant. Work includes protection & control engineering, transmission planning, and renewable integration studies for Ameren's goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2045.
