Ormat Technologies is hiring a 2026 Summer Geothermal Engineering Intern in Reno, NV. Ormat is the world's leading provider of geothermal power plants and a key energy storage operator. The intern will support process engineering for Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power plants, reservoir engineering, or battery energy storage system design. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Chemical, Geological, or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3.0 GPA. Field trips to Nevada geothermal facilities included. 12-week paid program. US work authorization required; Ormat does not sponsor interns for work visas.
