2026 Private Equity Summer Analyst

Providence Equity Partners is hiring 2026 Senior Investment Summer Interns in its Providence, Rhode Island headquarters (hybrid) for a 10-week program. Summer Analysts work on live private equity transactions focused on growth-oriented media, communications, education, and technology companies throughout North America and Europe. Responsibilities include industry research, financial modeling, due diligence analysis, and preparation of investment committee materials.
