Charm Industrial is hiring an Operations Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to support our bio-oil production and underground sequestration operations in San Francisco and the Midwest. The intern will analyze pyrolysis operations data, support field deployments of our mobile pyrolyzer units, and contribute to MRV documentation for permanent carbon removal.
