Perfect Day is hiring a Food Science Intern for Summer 2026 at our Berkeley, CA R&D center to support development of animal-free dairy proteins produced via precision fermentation. The intern will conduct functional testing of whey proteins in food applications, develop prototype formulations, and support sensory analysis. Candidates should be pursuing a Master's in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field with dairy or protein chemistry experience. 12-week paid program. US work authorization required.
