Nature's Fynd is hiring a Fermentation Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 at our Chicago, IL production facility to support scale-up of Fy protein produced from Fusarium strain yellowstonensis. The intern will analyze fermentation batch data, support bioreactor optimization, and contribute to downstream processing improvements. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or Microbiology. US work authorization required. 12-week paid program.
