Cloud Security Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

Orca Security is hiring a Cloud Security Engineer Intern for Summer 2026 to join our agentless cloud security platform team. You will help extend our SideScanning technology across AWS, Azure, and GCP, working with product engineers and security researchers to identify new misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and malware in customer cloud estates. Responsibilities include developing detection rules, improving scanner performance, building REST APIs in Go or Python, and contributing to the Orca Research Pod's published findings. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science or Cybersecurity; familiarity with at least one public cloud provider; proficiency in Python or Go; understanding of IAM, networking, and containerization; prior security research or CTF experience preferred.
