Tanium is hiring Software Engineer Interns for Summer 2026 to help build the converged endpoint management (XEM) platform used by the US DoD and 40+ Fortune 100 companies. You will contribute to Tanium's linear-chain architecture, which queries millions of endpoints in seconds. Projects include building new modules for asset discovery, vulnerability management, or threat response; improving our C++ endpoint agent; and developing the Tanium Cloud control plane in Go. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027; proficiency in C++, Go, or Python; strong systems programming fundamentals and interest in performance engineering; security clearance eligibility a plus.
