Lumina Foundation is seeking a Summer 2026 Strategy & Research Intern to support the foundation's mission to expand postsecondary learning beyond high school to 60 percent of Americans. The intern will conduct literature reviews on adult learner outcomes, assist in data analysis on credential attainment, and draft policy briefs for state partners. Based in Indianapolis with hybrid flexibility. Stipend of $8,000 for 10-week program.
