Game Pass Data Science Intern

The Xbox Game Pass analytics team is looking for a Data Science Intern for Summer 2026 to drive insights that shape the future of subscription gaming. You will design experiments, build predictive models of subscriber behavior, and partner with product managers to identify growth opportunities across Game Pass tiers and cloud streaming. The role involves working with petabyte-scale event data in Azure Synapse and Databricks. Qualifications: Pursuing a Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field graduating Dec 2026 - June 2027; proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with causal inference, A/B testing, or forecasting. Prior gaming-industry experience a plus.
