Software Engineer Intern - Discord Platform

Discord is hiring Software Engineer interns for Summer 2026 to help build the platform where hundreds of millions of gamers and communities hang out every day. You will partner with a full-time mentor on a project spanning one of our product or infra teams: voice/video, messaging, platform APIs, safety, or activities/embedded apps. Interns ship code to production, participate in on-call shadowing, and present their work at the end of the summer. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field graduating Dec 2026 - Aug 2027; fluency in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or Elixir; experience building web, mobile, or distributed backend systems.
