The Container Store's Leadership Development Internship is a 10-week paid program at our Coppell, TX Home Office and in our flagship stores. Interns complete our Custom Closets (Elfa / Preston / Avera) design certification, spend two weeks in store operations, and own a Home Office project in Merchandising, Marketing, Custom Spaces, or Employee Experience. The program culminates with a capstone presented to our CEO and SVP of Stores. The Container Store is a Foundation Principles culture — employee-first, solution-selling, and Conscious Capitalism.
