Merchandising Intern, Summer 2026

Ace Hardware's Merchandising Internship is a 10-week paid program at our Oak Brook, IL corporate support center. Interns are paired with a Category Manager across hardware, paint, lawn & garden, or power tools and support vendor negotiations, assortment reviews, and in-store planogram work. You'll visit Ace retailers, attend the Ace Spring Convention, and deliver a capstone to the SVP of Merchandising. Ace is the largest cooperative hardware retailer in the world with 5,700+ independently-owned stores.
