REI Co-op's Merchandising Internship is a 10-week paid program at our Seattle HQ. Interns support a Buyer across camp, climb, cycle, run, ski/snow, or paddle categories. You'll partner with brand reps, attend Outdoor Retailer industry events, and work on assortment or private-label (REI Co-op brand) projects. Program includes an REI Outdoor School experience, store visits, and a capstone presentation to the Chief Merchandising Officer. REI is a member-owned co-op with purpose-driven values — stewardship, equity, and the outdoors for all.
