Publix Super Markets' Retail Leadership Internship is a 10-week paid program rotating through a Florida-based Publix store with a corporate week at our Lakeland, FL headquarters. Interns learn every department (Produce, Deli, Bakery, Meat/Seafood, Grocery, Customer Service), shadow a Store Manager, complete Publix's renowned management curriculum, and present a capstone to District Managers. Publix is employee-owned, #1 on Fortune's Most Admired Grocer, and internship success is a direct path to our Assistant Store Manager track.
