Assurance Intern - Summer 2026

RSM US Assurance Interns work directly on client engagement teams to provide assurance services to a diverse group of middle-market clients across industries including consumer products, financial services, industrial products, technology, media & telecom, and real estate. Interns participate in planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, and completion procedures on financial statement audits conducted under US GAAS. Interns receive structured training in RSM's audit methodology, technology stack, and professional skills, and are paired with counselors and performance advisors for mentoring. Successful interns frequently receive full-time audit associate offers. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and be on track for CPA exam eligibility (150 credits).
