International Tax Business Intern - Summer 2026

RSM's International Tax Business (ITAX) Intern program trains students to serve US-based multinationals and inbound foreign businesses with US international tax advisory and compliance. Interns assist with preparation of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8990–8993, and other international compliance forms; help model GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, and BEAT calculations; and support transfer pricing documentation. Interns rotate through advisory workstreams including supply chain restructurings, IP planning, and Pillar Two impact analysis under the guidance of ITAX partners and senior managers. Summer 2026 program runs approximately June through mid-August. Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 150-credit pathway required.
