Summer 2026 Audit Internship

Baker Tilly's Summer 2026 Audit Intern program offers hands-on experience with the firm's assurance practice, serving middle-market public and private clients across industries including manufacturing, financial services, higher education, nonprofit, and government. Interns participate in risk assessments, walkthroughs, substantive and controls testing, and preparation of audit workpapers under PCAOB and AICPA standards. Interns complete Baker Tilly's new-hire technical training and participate in mentorship circles with senior audit team members. High-performing interns receive full-time audit associate offers. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be on track to meet 150 credit-hour CPA requirements.
