Intern – Cost Segregation Valuation Services – Summer 2026 (Hybrid)

Andersen's Summer 2026 Cost Segregation Valuation Services Intern (Los Angeles, hybrid) is a specialty role combining tax, engineering, and valuation. Interns support cost segregation studies that identify and reclassify assets to accelerate depreciation deductions, research building components and tax depreciation rules, assist in site visits and blueprint analysis, and draft client deliverables. The role also exposes interns to fixed asset advisory, R&D credits, and tangible property regulations work. Pay ranges $35.00–$42.00 per hour. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's in accounting, finance, engineering, construction management, or related field with strong quantitative and research skills.
