Intern Summer 2026, Business Valuation (Detroit)

Stout's Summer 2026 Business Valuation Intern position in Detroit places students on the firm's Valuation Advisory team, performing engagements for mergers and acquisitions, acquisition accounting (ASC 805), corporate tax (Section 409A, 280G), estate and shareholder planning, litigation, and fairness and solvency opinions. Interns conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research; analyze complex financial statements; develop financial models; prepare due diligence question lists; participate in client meetings; and create written narratives and presentations. Stout is a recognized global advisory firm in valuation, investment banking, and disputes. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, or economics.
