Intern Summer 2026, Business Valuation (Houston)

Stout's Summer 2026 Business Valuation Intern role in Houston supports the firm's Texas-region valuation practice serving energy, industrials, private equity, and middle-market corporate clients. Interns complete in-depth company, industry, and market research; build DCF, market multiple, and comparable transaction models; prepare due diligence materials; and draft sections of valuation reports for tax, financial reporting, and transaction purposes. Interns attend Stout's intern case study competition and receive structured mentorship from senior valuation professionals. Bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, or economics with strong modeling and writing skills preferred; CFA Level I candidates and CPA-track students encouraged to apply.
