Carrier Global, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is hiring Summer 2026 Engineering Interns to support HVAC product development, refrigeration, and controls engineering. Interns will work in Carrier's R&D labs and manufacturing facilities on projects involving heat pump design, refrigerant transition (HFO adoption), thermodynamic modeling, and connected building controls. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. The 12-week paid program includes rotations through Carrier's Healthy Homes and Commercial HVAC businesses. Applications closed March 2026.
