Trane Technologies is hiring Summer 2026 Engineering Interns to support sustainable HVAC and transport refrigeration (Thermo King) products. Interns will work on next-generation heat pumps, low-GWP refrigerant systems, electrified transport refrigeration units, and advanced thermodynamic modeling. Projects align with Trane's Gigaton Challenge to reduce customer greenhouse gas emissions. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 12-week paid program with locations in Davidson NC, La Crosse WI, and Bloomington MN.
