Crypto Operations Intern (Summer 2026)

Robinhood's Crypto team is hiring a Crypto Operations Intern for Summer 2026. As a Crypto Operations Intern, you will serve as a technical product and operations expert, owning processes critical to maintaining Robinhood's crypto products while supporting product teams in improving and scaling offerings. Responsibilities include monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management; managing and troubleshooting complex customer blocking issues; assisting in root-cause analysis; partnering with Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations, and Risk Management desks; translating operational needs into product requirements; documenting and improving SOPs. Qualifications: currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field; strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication; interest in crypto and blockchain technology. Based in Robinhood's New York office, minimum 3 days/week in person. Paid at $29/hour (Zone 1: NY, CA, WA, DC).
