QTS Data Center Engineering Intern — Summer 2026

Our Engineering Intern program at the Overland Park HQ offers rising juniors and seniors a 10-week immersion into the design, construction, and operation of 100MW+ data center campuses. You'll rotate through electrical design, mechanical design, and commissioning teams; contribute to power density modeling for AI/GPU workloads; and present a capstone to executives. Qualifications: pursuing BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; coursework in power systems, HVAC, or controls; proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD a plus; strong analytical skills and willingness to travel up to 20% to active construction sites in the US.
