Supermicro — Systems Hardware Engineering Intern (AI Servers)

Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) is a global leader in high-performance server and storage technology optimized for AI, cloud, enterprise, and 5G/edge. The Systems Hardware Engineering Intern will join our San Jose HQ team working on next-generation GPU server platforms (H100/B200, MI300). Responsibilities include supporting PCB bring-up, thermal testing, signal integrity measurements, and BIOS/BMC integration. You'll work directly with senior engineers in the lab and contribute to shipping products. Qualifications: pursuing BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; coursework in digital design, PCB, or high-speed signaling; comfort with lab instruments. Onsite San Jose, CA.
