Summer 2026 Internship Program - Operations

Saia LTL Freight is hiring Summer 2026 Operations Interns at our Johns Creek, GA corporate office and select terminals. The 10-week paid program exposes interns to LTL terminal operations, linehaul planning, and corporate functions such as pricing, safety, and HR. You will be assigned a senior leader mentor, rotate through dock and city P&D operations, and complete a capstone project on a real business problem presented to our Chief Operating Officer. Successful interns are strong candidates for our Operations Management Trainee program. Qualifications: currently pursuing a BA/BS graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027 in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering; 3.0+ GPA; strong communication skills; willingness to relocate for full-time.
