Software Engineer Co-op, Summer 2026

We are hiring Software Engineer Co-ops for Summer 2026 (12-16 weeks) based in New York, Charlotte, or remote US. You will join a product squad working on Diligent One platform modules: Boards, Entities, Audit, Risk, or ESG. Our stack spans .NET/C#, Java, TypeScript, React, AWS, and Azure. Responsibilities: implement features, write automated tests, pair with senior engineers, and deliver a capstone project. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science or related program graduating Dec 2026 - Aug 2027 with prior co-op or internship experience (Northeastern, Waterloo, Drexel, Cincinnati, RIT, etc., preferred but not required); fluency in at least one of C#, Java, or TypeScript; strong understanding of data structures, OOP, and SQL.
