The Business Transformation team works across industries to help clients successfully deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution. As an MBA Intern on the Business Transformation team, you'll help clients in their transformation and innovation efforts: driving growth, reducing costs, and managing risks proactively. The role involves designing governance models (including Transformation Management Offices, Enterprise Program Management Offices and Program Management Offices) and developing data analytics and insights using Excel and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Candidates must be currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, consulting or a related field, with strong leadership and presentation skills. EY operates a hybrid model with in-person work 40-60% of the time. Hourly pay range: $35.63-$40.19.
