Short Description
Cooper’s Paid Critical Care Tech Internship Program
Cooper is partnering with Camden County College and Impact Charity Services, Inc. to offer our internal employees the opportunity to be part of our Critical Care Tech Internship program here at Cooper.
The program will begin on Tuesday, February 23, 2026 and will end on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. It will be a total of 30 classroom & semi lab training sessions, 13 hours/week of training, 6.5 hours of training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30pm - 10:00pm.
A stipend will be provided midway through the training and at completion of the training. The stipend payout will be paid based on attendance.
To be eligible for consideration...
• Apply to requisition #53687 by Saturday, January 3, 2026.
• Must be in current role and/or employed at Cooper for minimum of 1 year, by the end of the training session.
• Must be eligible to transfer upon completion of this internship program.
• No active discipline.
• High school diploma or GED is required. Must provide to HR Recruitment within 24 hours of applying.
• Provide two letters of recommendation at time you apply online; one letter of recommendation must be from your current Cooper manager.
• Be able to successfully fulfill your current work schedule and complete the required 187 didactic hours and additional clinical hours of our internship program.

Your attendance at these training sessions is extremely important. Entry into this program is your commitment to attending these 30 training sessions.
You will be required to sign a Critical Care Tech Internship Program Agreement, obtain a full-time Critical Care Tech position within 90 days of completion of this program and you must stay in this position for 1 year.
Note: This program is currently available to 10 positions.
Experience Required

Special Requirements
Schedule Date/Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm - 10:00pm
Must secure a full-time Critical Care Tech position for one-year upon completion.
