Job Purpose

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Risk Analyst will support the Risk Oversight team by providing analytical expertise and contributing to key projects, metrics, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Model and Enterprise Risk teams by providing analytics and insights
• Contribute to projects, develop metrics, and assist in preparing executive reports
• Review regulatory initiatives to assess their impact on ICE Clear Europe and identify emerging risks through stakeholder and external surveys
• Use Python and SQL to build and run risk metrics and tests, while maintaining and updating the operational risk database
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

• Applicant must be studying in their penultimate year of a bachelor’s degree (Finance, Risk, or technical discipline)
• Solid data analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
• Strong interest in financial markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Internship Program Schedule

Internships start on 22 June 2026 and run until 28 August 2026.

Please note: Interns should be available to work full-time, 5 days a week, at our London office for the entire duration of the internship program. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
